The single most important decision you will make with your Realtor is determining the right asking price for your property. Once you’ve achieved a realistic sale price, you can count on your property being professionally marketed and promoted to bring more buyers to your door. My proposal will include a comprehensive market analysis that will give you an understanding of how to determine the market value and pricing of your home. This will also prepare an estimate of the net proceeds you will receive when your home sells based on the suggested sale price, any financing you have in place and any other additional expenses you may incur.

Before your home can be marketed legally in Vancouver, there are several forms that needs to be filled out. These forms have to be filed with the real estate board.

• Property Disclosure Statement (From A or B )
• Data Input Sheet
